In April 2020, wildfires ripped through Poland’s biggest national park Biebrza (Podlaskie Voivodeship, northeastern Poland). The volunteer Fire Department used SHERP in their firefighting operation.

SHERP Solution: SHERP was involved in transporting all the fire equipment and firefighters, food and water delivery for volunteers and crews involved in the extinguishing operation.

Riverby Flats is a private waterfowl ranch located 1/4 mile from the the Red River in Fannin County, Texas. The majority of the ranch is protected under the Wetlands Reserve Program which aims to restore and maintain natural wetlands habitats. Flanked by property recently purchased by the North Texas Municipal Water District as part of the Lower Bois dArc Creek Reserve project, waterfowl conservation is the mission of Riverby Flats. SHERP carries it’s mission for seasonal opportunities to harvest waterfowl, trophy deer, hogs and predators.
